• Unauthorized access to your notes by third parties

• Business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from service downtime, errors, or outages

3. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• The content they create and share through Cabin
• Ensuring that the content they share does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Keeping their note URLs and owner tokens confidential if they wish to prevent unauthorized access or deletion
• Not using Cabin to transmit sensitive information that has legal requirements for secure handling (e.g., legally protected medical, financial, or government data)

4. Encrypted Notes — No Recovery Guarantee

While Cabin uses AES-256 encryption to protect note content, we do not guarantee absolute security. No digital system is completely immune to attack. Additionally:

• Once a note expires or is deleted, it cannot be recovered — not by you, not by us
• If a "Burn After Read" note is accessed by an unintended party, the content is permanently lost
• We strongly advise against storing passwords, payment credentials, or legally sensitive information on any third-party platform, including Cabin

Tech With Hussain has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
