1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cabin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Cabin is operated by Tech With Hussain.

2. Description of Service

Cabin is a privacy-first, encrypted note-sharing platform that allows users to create temporary, self-destructing notes. Key features include:

• AES-256 encrypted note storage
• Customizable expiry windows (from 5 minutes to 30 days)
• Optional "Burn After Read" — notes are deleted after first view
• Custom URL slugs for easy sharing
• Optional password protection
• No account or registration required

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cabin only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use Cabin to:

• Share illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious code
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its infrastructure
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or brute-force attacks

4. Note Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content of notes you create and share via Cabin. Because Cabin stores notes in encrypted form, we cannot proactively monitor note content. However, we reserve the right to:

• Remove any note or content upon receiving a valid legal request
• Suspend access to the platform for users found to be abusing the service
• Cooperate with law enforcement as required by applicable law

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content on Cabin (excluding user-created notes) is the intellectual property of Tech With Hussain. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cabin is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Notes will be available for the full duration of their set expiry
• The platform is free of security vulnerabilities

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech With Hussain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, unauthorized access to notes, or service outages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Cabin after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
